We explore the Great Commission from Matthew 28, where Jesus instructs His disciples to go and make disciples of all nations. Jesus has all authority in heaven and on earth, and He empowers us to carry out this mission. As we go about our daily lives, we can live open and available to God’s leading, seeking opportunities to share the love and truth of Jesus with those around us. We are reminded of the urgency and compassion behind this mission and are encouraged to embrace the calling wholeheartedly. People around us need to experience the life-transforming love of Jesus, so let’s strive to be faithful stewards of the trust God has placed in us to share His love with the world.
