GPAC Facility Rental Application

This application is required for all rental requests. We ask that you submit this application with as much advance notice as possible. Bookings are not confirmed without this completed application and a deposit.

PERSONNEL (minimum 3 hours for all positions)

Some personnel positions are required for all events, others are dependent on your event needs.
Please note: Personnel costs updated within 14 days of event may not be refunded.

FACILITY HOST: (required for all events) $25/Hour
CUSTODIAL: (required for events over 400 people) $25/Hour
SECURITY: (one required for events over 400 people, and for every 250 people thereafter) - $25/Hour x number of security

Some rooms include tables and chairs. Refer to Facility Guide for details.

I have read and understand the Grande Prairie Alliance Church Rental Policy. I declare that I understand that by submitting this form, I have entered a facility rental agreement with Grande Prairie Alliance Church between myself or on behalf of a company/organization as a representative. I agree to comply and be bound by the terms and conditions as stated therein.

I hereby acknowledge and agree that any utilization or access beyond the specified parameters, including but not limited to rooms, furniture, decor, etc., as indicated in this booking request, will result in additional charges in the final invoice.
